These people are great. I have always had a very positive experience at this AAA Center, and they have been most welcoming and kind to my dog, too! I highly recommend. Thank you all for being awesome!

The car care team inspected my car, provided an HONEST assessment of the issue, and a reasonable cost for repair. I elected to have them implement the repair, and they did so very quickly. I could not be more pleased.

I’ve come here for all my car service regularly since 2020. They are always excellent, helpful, and straight forward. All their work is clearly documented in a digital inspection report with photos, and they make sensible recommendations and go over the options and timeline in a helpful and not pushy manner. They’re not the cheapest or the fastest (because they’re busy), but they’re very good (which is why they’re busy). Highly recommend.

My college son was visiting Asheville for Spring Break and heard a noise under his car scraping the road. He stopped by AAA Car Care and told them his situation. In less than 30 minutes, they had his car on a lift and the problem repaired. THEY DIDN'T CHARGE HIM ANYTHING! It's nice to know there are still good people in the world!! Thank You!!

With great customer service I'm always willing to pay a little more. Luckily AAA Auto-Care is reasonably priced so that I don't have to. Ian was awesome to work with and was able to assist me over the phone and give me recommendations to do what was best for my vehicle. Would absolutely do business with them again.
